SALON POLICIES EXTRA GUESTS: Children (16 and below) must have an appointment scheduled on the service date or Client will be subjected to being rescheduled and expected to pay cancellation fee (100% of the service). DO NOT come in sick (Kayli is immunocompromised and general respect for our other clients). If you do or let your provider know and your provider cancels the appointment you will be subjected to 100% of the service. Also NO PETS as many of our clients are allergic to animals, we want to respect their health/safety. ***NAIL CLIENTS**** **Starting April 1st there will be AFTER HOURS FEE of 20% and a HOLIDAY FEE of 30% ** LATE POLICY NAIL CLIENTS- If you are 10 MINUTES late you will be subjected to a 10$ late fee. If you are 15 MINUTES late IF I take you it’ll be a 20$ late fee or 100% of the service and rescheduled. HAIR CLIENTS- If you are 20 MINUTES late you will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service and rescheduled. CANCELLATION POLICY SAME DAY: (24hrs before appointment or less) Client will be subjected to pay 100% of the service scheduled. 48 HOURS OR LESS: NAIL CLIENTS will be subjected to pay 50% of the service scheduled. HAIR CLIENTS will still be subjected to pay 100% of the service scheduled.
